Splits Stretching Exercise 10

In this exercise you will do a split with a backbend. Sit in the splits with front toe up and rear toes down (not on the side). Backbend to try to get the head to the seat.

Raise the head a little and try to get the head to the floor outside the knee. Use the hands wherever is comfortable to maintain balance. Do this 15 times.
