Splits Stretching Exercise 3

Lie flat on your back and bring one leg up and grasp it. Pull down to a 1-2-3-4-5 count to get the foot as near the floor in splits as you can. Keep both legs as straight as you can. Repeat this for the other leg. Repeat the exercise 15 times with each leg.
